Syndra W Tooltip

So when you go to level up your W, and you hover over the + to see what increases when you level it up, it shows the cooldown going from 12-11, 11-10 etc., but if you have CDR, it still says 12-11 and not the correct amount relative to how much CDR you have. So in the top right of the tooltip where it tells you how long the cooldown is, it says the reduced amount, but at the bottom where you see the level up changes, it says the base amount before factoring in CDR.
