So here I was in a ranked, picked annie support. Every damn time I wanted to tibbers stun , nothing...tibbers didn't stun, I had my stun another time, and was like '' I'm gonna stun janna with my q'' Did it, she wasn't stun...AGAIN!
I just think it's really annoying to play ranked and lose because your primary spell on your champ just doesn't wanna work...
Yeah this happened to me too both times with Tibbers but I was in the mid lane. I'd protobelt in and nothing would happen on the Tibbers stun! I also saw this in Annie Bot's YouTube vid earlier today. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ee6-D99PIBA) (fast forward to 6:36) I know he nearly missed but you can see the 92 summon dmg and the TL proc. I wish I had replay.gg to show clear examples of this bug, but it seems pretty random if it happened with your Q and you never used protobelt (like me and anniebot). Annie isn't too popular but I hope a rioter will look into this.
Thought I should edit on that you can see that like 30 seconds later the stun works after protobelt. So its really random but it can cost kills. Annie's all in can rely very heavily on tibbers and even more-so on the stun. I can only imagine the disaster if this bug happened on a 5 man ulti.
