IP bug

I don't know if this happened to other people but here I go. In my account I have more than 14000 IP, but when I go in the store and want to purchase a name chance that is about 13900 IP, it says that I have 12579 IP. If you look at my link, you can see what happens. I played other games, my IP went up again, but it's still stuck at exactly 12579 IP...So now I'm waiting for some support answer but its really long and I really want to change my name :(
