[GAMEPLAY/CLIENT] Goddess Tear freezing my client

I thought it was a fluke but the past 4-5 games in a row (when I wanted to buy Goddess Tear) my client froze and stoped responding. Doesn't matter how I get to the item (search bar, archangle's, manamune), when it shows up in the shop and i try to buy it, everything freezes. The music will still be playing but it becomes unresponsive. I looked into the possiblity that it could be my computer, but everything I looked at was fine. My laptop that I play on isn't even a year old, it's not overheating, and my connection is stable. I've tried to reinstall the client, I even ran it in admin mode. I think its a bug becuse nothing else I know of would do this.

Frezzes with (that I've tried) Sona

  1. Open shop

  2. Search 'god'

  3. (profit, jk) Freezes

  4. Search 'arch'

  5. Click on Archangel's staff

  6. Freezes

  7. Search 'mana'

  8. Click on Manamune

  9. Right click to buy Goddess Tear

  10. Freezes

UPDATE: happens on Sona, Tahm, and Morgana (that i've found out so far). Also happened when I clicked on the mana crystal, then tried to click on Tear from there.

One of my more tech-savy friends told me that what Riot MOST LIKELY does is test patches and bug fixes on (for example's sake) 20 diffrent computers. I just happened to be the unlucky '21st' kind. I've seen it before, after an update where the main page of the client that has recent news, youtube videos, and stuff was all black. I could play matches just fine and go to my profile without trouble, I just couldn't see the main page. It happened during the Bilgwater event.

I can't replicate it at all. I tried all of the various methods and used Morg and Lux to test. Try updating your graphics driver?

I think it might just be my computer then but idk, I updated my graphics card last week so I know it's not that. I've just been staying away from item 3070 since I saw that. It could just be a one time glitch or something. I hadn't seen it doing that today (so far at least)
