Solid Month of 'Unable to connect to network' after Champ Select

I've troubleshooted pretty much everything you can think of.

So i'm fairly certain it's a regional network server... ?

During player upload I go to 100% sit there for 2 min, then popup, 'Unable to connect to network'.

I click 'Reconnect'

During game disconnected every 5-7 minutes for literally no reason.

Any1 else?
