[Client] Can't Connect to Chat

Everything else seems to be working, but I can't connect to chat (either on my phone or my computer). Is anyone else having this problem? I did a repair, but it didn't resolve anything.

I have the same issue. No idea why this is happening

I play from korea on a US military base. I have found that when i run a VPN to spoof to NYC I am able to connect to chat. confirmed rito prefers players in the USA

I am also playing from Korea, at Osan Air Base. I can't connect to the chat no matter what I do.

Same here. Playing from Kunsan AB and can not connect to chat at all. Anyone have a fix yet?

Same, I'm stuck on "Logging onto chat service..." pretty much indefinitely. I can talk to people in game fine, but I can't see or type in pre or post game chat which is causing issues.
