[Gameplay] [client] [bug] [game unplayable] 4 fps even in solo custom match. #blame5.4

Three days. It has been 3 days Since I have been able to play a good game of league. 5.4 wrecked my FPS game is unplayable at that low frame rate. I could troll just as well as before, but that is about it. and I have no interest in trolling.

• PVP= 4 fps Bots= 4 fps Making a custom game where I am the only human there = 4fps.
