[Client] New ranked champ select getting stuck on initial pick stage

(please note that i am still in placements)

today when i tried to do a ranked game i was choosing a initial champ before the ban stage, but no matter what i did i could not choose my champ, i clicked every champ under the sun and when the timer hit 0 it showed that i hadn't picked, chat was still working so i asked my team if my pick came through and they said i did, but i was still stuck on that picking stage and i was forced to wait there until the game forced me to dodge (and auto lose a placement game), this could all be caused by lag due to not seeing another guy pick a champ, but chat was working fine so i wasn't d/ced

honestly the way my games have been going i was gonna end up in bronze but if this bug causes me to lose more and i end up in the toxic pits of bronze 4 or lower, where even if you are carrying some half wit decided to afk or feed intentionally to amuse himself, i will cut my wrists with a bottle opener (speaking from experience, was bronze and made to silver last season, i have a bottle opener)
