[Gameplay] Jinx's get exited passive stacks x7 on inhibs

Basically, jinx gets a stack of get exited when she kills something, but upon destroying a inhibitor she suddenly got 7 stacks and gained max attack speed instantly, in the video i linked i clicked her after she killed blitz with it so she has 8

i too get exited by killing inhibs but if this is intentional im sorry, but holy hell she becomes the prostate checker of the reaper when she kills a inhib
