Maokia Bug: E cast onto Passive auto

The following seems rare, as I was able to replicate the bug only once in practice tool.

Twice in one normal game a bug occurred: I would start to cast E then I clicked to auto. The bug is that, E would be cancelled by my passive auto, placing E on CD and consuming the normal mana. However no sapling was placed.

I think that this occurs only as I cast E at the time of my passive coming off it's CD, and I auto immediately. I am annoyed that this happened, as it caused my early clear to slow down significantly. I just hope this is seen and fixed soon.
