[GAMEPLAY] Ashe sometimes doesn't crit (no flavor text), this creates additional bugs.

Ashe sometimes doesn't receive the crit flavor text when auto attacking, and oddly enough it shows a 1 damage value lower when the flavor text doesn't appear. This is hardly the biggest problem but it could do with being fixed.

As is well known, Hurricane is a pretty core item on Ashe because of the way her Q - Ranger's Focus interacts with it. However, when Ashe doesn't receive the Crit Flavor Text, the Hurricane proc's lose ~34% of the damage they're supposed to deal on targets that Ashe has proc'ed Frost Shot on.

Unfortunately it's hard to test whether or not this also has an effect on the amount of slow that is proc'ed by Ashe's Frost Shot, but I think it's safe to assume that it could affect the amount of slow as well as the damage.

Just go into a custom game (I did a practice tool session to make it easy to see), buy around 50% crit chance, and just wail on some targets. When the crit flavor text doesn't appear, the Hurricane will deal much less damage than otherwise.

Also: This occurs while Ashe is using Ranger's Focus as well, but the damage is not reduced on the hurricane. I forgot to include it in the video but it's easy to reproduce, just do the exact same thing and then activate your Q.
