[CLIENT] Old Client After Patched

Well after trying to patch for 4 whole days i was able to get onto league, only to find out it gave me the old client for whatever reason. I have been talking to riot support, but since it says 9 hours for each response its not too helpful. I don't understand how i got this bug and i'm not sure if i'm the only one. I cant see my friends list, notifications or chat outside of the game or game lobbies and i cant even use the hextech tab since it dosn't exist. (I have tried restarting the client, it dosn't fix it.)

And you've already tried a complete reinstall too?

Try running league as an administrator (right click the shortcut and pick 'Run as Admin') and performing a client repair (question mark on the top right of the launcher). If that doesn't help you can force a repatch with the steps here; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202969434-Patching-Issues#wq4

hmm... i just realized the champion mastery works probably because some client functions are server side and some are client side
