Champion Animation Skipping

At the beginning of every game (and apparently only some people are experiencing this) the champion I'm controlling skips when I move back and forth rapidly, rather than just turning around. It jumps from one space to the other. Then goes away a few minutes into the game.

This has been happening to me as well. I hope this gets some attention because the game is almost unplayable right now. Today was my first time playing in a couple of days and the first time encountering this bug as well.
