Multiple bugs since last patch

Aram only (gameplay): Health packs occasionally have no 3D model.

Spectator mode (champions): Evelynn charm (initial targeted cast, not the charm trigger) is global. Shaco JitB death sound is global.

Spectator mode (interface): None of the interface options (show/hide "X") work anymore. Keybindings also do not work.
