Blackfire Market on Twisted Treeline

I have played several games in Co-op VS AI for the Twisted Treeline. Bots who would have bought Blackfire torch before the patch that "removed" it, are still buying it. The proof need only be found in the after game screen. Both Veigar and Cassiopeia bought a most illegal item, unless it's legal for bots and illegal for people.....which would be discrimination.
