[GAMEPLAY]Eye of Frost would not refresh wards in ranked game, either through backing or death

The very last game I played on this acc, a morg game my eye of frost was not refreshing the wards. It occurred after I purchased banner of command about 26-27 minutes into the game. No idea how to reproduce it but it occurred in a ranked game, no wards is basically auto lose.
