Hi there, syndra was feeling really clunky recently and i realized why, you can no longer W syndra balls while they're being E'd. Before if you fish for a ranged QE stun you could W that q and throw it on top, was a big part of her trading pattern Now you can't do that.
Yes, exactly! I'm going to mention it to Meddler in his Gameplay Thoughts tomorrow (was gonna do it friday but he didn't post).
It was patched in 9.5 without being mentioned for some reason. Hurts Syndra a lot.
They can easily make this bug into a real mechanic by increasing the W1 range so that Syndra can grab it after doing her QE combo and keep the W2 range the same when you throw it. That way her combo will feel more smooth to play but of course, the delay will be slightly longer compared to the bug.
I hardly did this anyway, I've never seen anyone do it stream or LCS, either.
