Blackthorn Morgana Q is invisible

I just lost a ranked game where I played adc. I lost my lane partly to poor play, but there was also a problem with enemy Morgana's bindings. They were invisible. She landed a couple key invisible bindings early and got the enemy Vayne really fed. Please fix.

Just had the same issue, bind was completely transparent and sometimes almost impossible to see. Talk about pay to win.
