Ziggs Satchel Patch (W) bugs out

I was just playing a game, dropped a satchel patch (W ability that knocks him up), I died after, and for the rest of the game, I could not cast my W, it had the circling lights on it like it was still active somewhere, but it was gone. We still won the game, but this was a ziggs bug, first time having it, for bout 15 minutes could not cast W.
