Leaver Buster punishing me for Leagues Bugs

So can anyone else answer why leaver buster places you in a lower priority que when you are playing games fine with no issues, que up that one game where it brings up the loading screen and than gives you the firewall error? But because I guess it has something to do with my internet AND DEFINETLY not league of legends I am the one getting in trouble with it? Or how it has affected me again with a bug splat error on the one random game and leaver buster punishes it for me? or how I just cant load up league AFTER everything runs smooth with champ select and the load up screen just doesn't load. Or how I get lag in the middle of the game so I exit out and log back in about 5 mins later and I still get punished by leaver buster?

course in all these examples I still end up actually playing the game a little bit later (but since I was afk while trying to actually get into the game itself) im getting 20 mins wait now cuz I guess somehow this is all my fault?

so before I get my account banned due to Riot's issue can anyone explain to me on how to fix the firewall error, fixing bug splat error, or something WHILE I make sure that my internet works properly (heaven forbid that leagues servers are lag cuz if so im screwed that way I suppose since somehow that must be my fault too) cuz those are the 4 reasons im now in my 4th lower priority que now and logging back in to actually play the game doesn't seem to matter.

I have been in 2 scince they implemented it and mostly cause of riots systems they have been lagging and disconnecting alot scince patch 4.8 and even more after the new season before riot was doing so well no d/c for months but then after those patches lots of lag came and i was checking my internet speed and my computer speed they were both fine only thing that lagged was league of legends league of legends needs to have a grace period for relogging and the low priority loggings are too long 20 mins wait for 5 games either should be 20 mins for 2 games or 5 mins for 5 games 20 is too dam long i got put in low priority cause of riots system problems went through the low priority system 1 played one game with lag after checked by computer and internet both in top shape and had to relog was thown back into low priority again with games still laggy and long low priority waits and i was conviced i would get thrown right back in again so i had to play through 5 more laggy games with out dcing relogging only helped for that one game that already loaded if i had gotten thrown back into low priority i was sure i was gonna give up league of legends for another moba and i didnt want to becasue this one is my favorite besides the community of quitters and ocationally horrible system functions i feel this moba has the fairest most balanced game play but that 20 mins leave buster isnt right the longest i think it should be while still punishing a user is 8 mins

I played a game a couple of days ago, was in it for 50 minutes and then got kicked out randomly I tried to reconnect, but I just got the ''Firewall'' window So I restartet the client as soon as possible but the game was already over (~3 min after disconnecting, not very surprising in a 50 min game) and I got placed in low priority queue Everything else was working just fine, I could still surf the Internet and be online on Teamspeak

the leave buster is doing the same to me but its when i updated to 5.2 my game keeped crashing and it put me into a 20 min leavebusters queue for no reason i would like you to remove me form the queue cause it was a bug that put me into it

The firewall issue-I've had this happen to me before and the best way I have seen of fixing it is to run your league as an administrator, and if this doesn't work to close it in task manager, restart my computer, and open again as admin. bit of a hassle but its what has worked for me.

Riot's punishments-They are getting a bit over zealous with the punishments lately in my opinion, I disconnected from a game because of a storm that knocked out my internet, and when I tried loading back in I was at an unplayable ping, I reconnected 3 times and on the third my team surrendered, causing me to appear a leaver. i'm now on a lower priority queue because of this incident.

Server related lag-also experiencing this frequently and have been punished for the past for it, agree very frustrating.
