FUCKING HELP ME ALREADY (An unexpected error has occurred while displaying Ready Check)

whenever i try to start a match in ready check it says An unexpected error has occurred while displaying Ready Check and declines my match instantly i got 5 30 miniute timers now this is so bs and ive waited a week for anyone to respond to my other help request ive even sent support tickets and no one helps me like oh my god cant you read a post ive waited a freaking week already
