Anyone experiencing major ranked issues?

I just spent 30 minutes waltzing through turrets. I was moonwalking and sliding everywhere the whole match. Everything didn't work for anyone. The summoner platform didn't regen health, or kill enemies, nor did turrets. We destroyed enemy turrets by walking up and destroying them with no minions. We killed champs under turret and proceeded to keep hurting the turrets. It took us a good 5 minutes to destroy the turrets as damage and abilities affected people like selective slo-mo. I'm not proud to say that was my first ranked victory.
