DJ Sona's Power Cord inconsistency across forms

Just noticed this while messing around in a Practice Mode game. Her Power Chord animation doesn't change with Ctrl+5 unless you use a different ability. For example, if you didn't watch the video, if your E triggers your Power Chord and you ctrl+5 to a different form, the previous form's animation would continue playing behind you.
