Tahm Kench Devour Bug

These aren't new bugs, but yet they have never been addressed. The first one is when he spits a minion (or anything he can eat thats not a champion) from his stomach. I'm not sure when it happens, but its possible for him to spit it out at his feet. This is really frustrating when I'm in lane trying to land a killing blow on an opponent and my skill shot simply doesn't shoot. And no there was no minion in front of me I've done it with nothing around but me and the enemy. The second "bug" on his w has to deal with casting it to eat something. Usually when you cast a targetable ability out of cast range, your character will move toward the intended target to cast the ability, but Tahm decides no input happened and just stands there. It may be because I don't Quick/Smart cast, but it still should act that way. This is also frustrating when i could have simply ate my adc running to me but I casted w out of range and Tahm just quietly stood in place. This results in raging teammates which is no fun most of the time. Lastly if i didn't mention it, I think it happens on anything i target out of w range not just allies. Please fix this.
