Warwick immune to cc bug

I don't know how this bug works, but it seems to activate if warwick uses his e and then ults a target, then after he finishes the ult he's immune to cc. I just had a ranked game as thresh where warwick was ulting and then immune to cc after he finished the ult, not while in mid air.
