Not getting Lvl 6 mastery token

So I had a game as Tahm Kench support where I got an s- and i got enough champion points so I got lvl 5 mastery on Tahm Kench in the same game and afterwards it showed me that I got a lvl 6 mastery token on Tahm, but when I check my loot it's not there, so I don't know if it's a bug or if it has to do with getting lvl 5 mastery on Tahm in the same game.

Its a bug or so i hear, chances are 6.14? I think is the next one.... whatever the next patch is will likely bring a bugfix for that.

Dude this exact same thing happened to me as Vayne... I just got level 5 after the game, and I got an S, and the little box came up and said I have been awarded a level 6 token, but it isnt in my hextech crafting page. item 3070
