New Client Masteries Bug

I was in lobby of a game and wanted to change masteries but I wasn't able to. I was kinda upset but at the same time not that upset because the masteries I used in my last game were fine for the champ I had locked in for this game. Thankfully someone dodged though.

All I did was open up my client, log in, check my loot section, opened up the challenger skin shard I had but couldn't unlock, start queue, accept queue, and go into the lobby. I didn't check to see if I could change masteries before I got into lobby so I'm not sure if any of that would have caused it or not but after the person dodged I declined the next game and went to see if I could change masteries in the the collection section and I couldn't change them there either. I couldn't even add a new page or delete one. I was able to change the name though.

EDIT: I just relogged and all of the changes I made before I relogged have appeared.
