Can't Select Champion in a few Ranked Games

So, I queued for a ranked game last night, and when it comes my turn to select a champion, it won't allow me to. I can search champs but it won't let me click on any of them. Eventually it makes me dodge the game, I lose LP, and I have to wait 5 mins before queuing up again.

I wait the 5 minutes and decide to try a normal game. Everything works fine. I go to another ranked game after that, everything works fine.

Today, go to play a ranked game. Everyone's got their roles chosen, when it's my turn to pick, same thing happens and I can't choose anyone. So naturally it makes me dodge the game which I didn't want to. Lose even more LP than I did before, and now I have a 30 min wait time before I can queue up again.
