Stuck at 33%

Ive been stuck at 33% for a little over an hour now and it just keeps saying "scanning files" one by one. im at about 10000 now. Whats going on? Help please. Thank you

I was having a similar problem. It took about 10 mins to scan, and it counted a lil over 1k files. This never happens to me, and now im stuck in the patch download at 65 percent. Been like this for the last 20 mins, and it says the patch is downloading at 0kbps. This is surprising for me bc I usually download patches in less than 5 minutes. I have really good internet :D please help riot!

Same issue. I just made firewall exceptions for all the programs (Windows 8 Btw) HOpefully this fixes it.

Same as before "Unspecified Error" I have sent the logs and placed a ticket. Hopefully this will turn up something.

I'm stuck at 28%. I guess I'll try relaunching.

I've restarted, relaunched. Everything. Still stuck :\
