[Gameplay]: Mundo's Invisible Cleaver Bug ("Mr. Mundoverse")

With Dr. Mundo's "Mr. Mundoverse" skin, I never saw a cleaver animation. We can hear it, just no real projectile coming. This was all game. At first we thought that it was just us, but no one saw his cleavers. Has this been happening for a while? First time I've ever seen that skin in game, so idk if this is continuous.
