Cinderhulk bug

Whenever Im going to get Cinderhulk I usually wait and buy the full thing just so I dont take unnecessary aggro from Bami's Cinder however, since the last patch anytime I buy Cinderhulk it has two modes. On or invisible. It stays on until I am dead then I dont even have the fire underneath me or the Bami buff. Its really annoying when I take aggro every five seconds and it interferes with pathing and ganking.

Cinderhulk turns on when taking damage. Bami, like sunfire, does constant AOE burn without taking damage. so there isnt a bug. cinder wont damage anything unless you attack something
