Tahm Kench's W

I'm not sure if this is a bug or it just isn't properly explained. When you devour an enemy minion with Tahm's W it says just reactivate the ability to spit them out however, half the time you can't even reactivate it you are stuck waiting the full 6 seconds. If this isn't a bug I suggest correct the tool tip. Its really annoying when you're stuck with a minion in your mouth for 6 seconds instead of applying a stack of his passive.
