League causing audio renderer errors

Whenever I maximize the client, or click anywhere on it that is supposed to play a sound, or type in it, it causes my audio to royally fuck up. Any YT video stops playing and says: Audio renderer error: Please restart your computer... But after refreshing the page it works just fine.

I would love a response!!!
