[GAMEPLAY] Gameplay sounds silent or dissapearing on ARAM

Ocasionally some gameplay sounds (ability sound effects) dissapear or become very silent at the same time. It mostly happens in the middle of the map, seemed when either a teamfight started or most champions were close together. It happens to multiple people at the same time and in multiple games but only on ARAM map.
