I Need Some Help With Shop

Okay so I just got my 6300 ip and I'm super excited to by draven after playing him free this week. I go to store, I click on draven and it appears blank, I think nothing of it and hit purchase. After which I look at the shop to see I purchased darius, the champions shifted over left one.. I'm pretty upset as it took my quite a while to get 6300 IP, I have no refunds remaining unfortunately and I already contacted support with the issue with no response so far.. I'm wondering if I should pursue this issue? I've never contacted riot before with an issue so I don't know if they will fix my problem even if it was their server which lagged..
