[GAMEPLAY] Lux ultimate CD

issue regarding the display of Lux's ultimate CD when killed during casting.

1: would cast Lux ultimate 2: die during casting 3: respawn with my ult showing no CD as if its still up 4: Go to cast but cant 5: have to Alt click the spell box to see actual CD

Happened twice in my last game and maybe a few more times in previous games. dont think its skin related. sent a bug report from in client but am posting to here in opes for a more immediate response/feedback.
