(GAMEPLAY) Major mordekaiser bug, happens about once per game, very annoying.

so if you cast mordekaiser's Q and his ultimate ends while you are still in the cast animation, it deals no damage, you can see here I ult twisted fate and at about the 10second mark, a perfectly placed Q does no damage because it started the cast inside the ult, but does no damage if the ult ends during its animation, very annoying, TF should have been killed. video here = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwEDocqn__Q&feature=youtu.be
