[GAMEPLAY] Impossible to clear shrooms as rengar

Is there a way to clear teemo shrooms in brush without popping them on HA as Rengar? Was just in an aram and killed a teammate before I realized.

Due to rengos passive, he leaps to the shrooms and pops them when you try to clear it while in brush. And since the oracles change you can only get the outline from regular terrain and can't attack until you're in the bush.

It's not exactly a bug but it's interaction makes the the item have considerably less value.
