Crit strikes with 0% crit chance reported in game stats

Vlad reporting crit in damage chart. I've gone through the build and runes. Amumu registered a crit, but he has 0.93% chance.

Is there something in his kit or the way damage is being recorded that register as a crit? Or is there actually a chance to crit with 0%.
