[Gameplay] Fiora passive showing multiple vitals

So I have been playing fiora and noticed that sometimes her passive shows two vitals at the same time. Now before any pitchforks are drawn, the 2nd vital doesnt actually work when hitting it. The biggest issue is trying to figure out which one works and which one doesn't because there is no way to really tell.

It also happened another time but didnt get to grab a screenshot with it. I think it popped up on a gnar.
