Visible Enemy Pings

Description of the bug: In about 25% of my games I can see one or two enemy pings. Usually this appears as an "ON MY WAY" symbol on the minimap and the actual map. The symbol has no name attached to it and does not appear in the chat window, hence my deduction that it is an enemy ping and a glitch. The ping doesn't seem to appear on my screen where the enemy pinged it on theirs, but in the general area. Also, one game I was able to see a "Requesting Assistance" ping from the enemy with the same signs as the "On My Way" pings. I haven't seen an enemy ping for "Missing Enemy", "Retreat", or "Danger".

When does it occur: It seems to occur randomly. I haven't seen this happen on ARAM or Twisted Treeline or Dominion. However, I play those maps significantly less than I play on Summoner's Rift.

I'm posting this because I failed to see any recent bug reports for this glitch, the most recent being several months old. This is a serious problem that I think should be given priority. Sometimes it can be amusing because the enemy would obviously be requesting help or heading to a certain location and the ping is just affirmation of my suspicions. However, sometimes it can also be game turning and allow me to position myself away from an incoming gank or towards a lone enemy (shaco main huehue) preventing an undesirable situation and enabling a desirable one. It has also caused me to ping "On My Way" less so as to lessen my chances of the enemy seeing a glitched ping.
