Champion Select Player Dodged But No Queue Cancellation

Pretty much just as the title states; Decided to play normal draft where a player ended up disconnecting midway through the selection process (At that, it was an immediate leave or dc after the player chose Ahri). The game then later started after champ select with Ahri's spot as "Not connected". As you can guess, for the rest of the game Ahri wasn't in the game. I will say that it is possible that the player dced while in champ select for whatever reason, but if a player doesn't reconnect in 30 or so seconds, it should just automatically dodge the queue.
