Ghost Poro First instance causing a second of freeze lag on my screen.

So when dark star thresh came out, I noticed every time he would come to lane, I would freeze for about a second. Riot quickly noticed this and corrected it. I am now getting the same thing for a few different instances on the new runes, however the most prominent one being when someone creates a ghost poro I can see for the first time, it lags me for about a second just like dark star thresh used to. Has anyone else noticed this, and if so can we get a fix for it please? Thank you.
