Gamebreaking Malzahar Bug

I was playing one for all and it was Malzahar versus Kayle. The first bug was a bit odd, but my first death said the last auto attack did exactly 200,000 physical damage, but I assume it was a visual glitch. The second bug occurred every time any Malzahar ulted. During the ult channel, the Kayle attacking them would continue to do so, at a slowed erratic pace. This only seemed to occur if the Kayle was already attacking, however it got me killed three separate times. It also did not require another Kayle to ult the other. I have yet to reproduce it in a custom game as I do not own Malzahar, and my friends just got offline, rather angry that even in a 1v1 situation, they could kill us during our ultimate channel.
