Nasus Q Bug (Gameplay)

I recently played a horrible game of Nasus. The game started out as any other. I got my items, walked into lane and started farming Q stacks. After two disconnects (I disconnect much more of the new servers and at least once a game on patch 5.20) lasting at least thirty seconds each (both occurred before five minutes) my Q (Siphoning Strike) bugged out. I was unable to attack the minion i clicked on about 75% of the time, hitting a minion near it. This combined with the fact that Riven decided to kill me while I was disconnected led to a very lost lane.
