New Client Bug No Queues Popping

We all know the client is maybe a bit broken I didn't mind not having access to friends or skins or chat in lobby but today I ran into a NEW bug. I was playing arams fine I closed the client for about an hour and now my clients Queue wont pop. I've "Declined" 3 Queues because the Queue isn't even popping. The other bugs altho annoying didn't stop me from playing the game but this one kinda seems like a big deal.
