10 lp? Other team got loss prevention for no reason?

What n tarnation is going on around here? i'm not playing another game until i know if this is intended or a bug,

this happened last season but there was a reason, i don't see one here?

It did say on the client they were stopping ranked ques due to problems. The other team probably was having tech problems so the loss was prevented.

I havent seen such an issue, some people said ranked was down but my friends are currently in games and there is no message?
