Punishment tier question

Alright, i was suspended for account sharing in 2015 ( i believe i'm 99.9% sure it was season 5) I have never been chat suspended or received any warnings after that suspension. What i'm really trying to ask is, is my next step still perma ban for infractions? I'm not looking for an excuse to be toxic, just looking for information where there is not a lot of.

Thank you to all of you that help. U da real mvp

Account sharing is illegal to terms of use just so you know.

Even though the infraction was in 2015, the status of your account on the punishment tier is unknown to us. It is likely to be considered clean at this point.

Descending in punishment tiers depends on how much the account is played and how many valid reports are lodged against it.

The normal deescalation process takes 3-6 months per tier. That would mean that even if you had incurred a 14 day ban at the very last day of 2015, the normal deescalation would have your account considered pristine at this point. This is quite likely to be the current status.

We don't know for certain because we don't have access to the formulas, access to any reports against your account, or knowledge of how often you've played (I don't want to spend the time scrolling though 3 years of games).

Best of luck.

Your best bet would be to call Riot, but the best way to avoid all conflicts right now, which are chat based bans is to either play with friends or /mute all.

I've heard that it takes about 9 months to get "clean" and that's after a 14 ban of course.
