Last game there was a kha'zix on the enemy team that somehow was able to clip across the map once he hit level 6. Whenever he jumped he would end up far away like in our base. I don't know how he did it, but he said it had something to do with crystalline flask.

You sure he wasn't pulling your leg and it was just him using TP when out of your sight?
I tried to recreate it in a bots game so I could post a bug report, but I had no luck. I was using the Guardian of the Sands Kha'Zix skin. I had Crystalline Flask throughout most of the game. I tried using me E before and after evolving it + with and without Flask being active (and with/without it being entirely empty). I never had anything unusual occur. What other items did this Kha buy? What skin was he using? Did he mention anything else?
So apparently this is becoming more popular.
I just left a game with this same issue. The Kha'Zix in this screen shot - clipped the entire game before level 6. Used this hack to split push the entire game making us useless and eventually losing. He would clip from one side to the other and right before you kill him he clipped away. Please follow up with this and investigate the issue as this was EXTREMELY enraging to myself and my teammates.
