Poppy ult in urf

Mecha MaIphite··1 votes·486 views

Every time I try to ult as poppy in urf, it instantly goes to second cast. I can't charge it up. I only click R once, and it just acts as if I double-tapped.

I've played poppy in norms, and this has never happened to me before. Anyone else getting this?

Is quick cast on and you tap it once to start charging?
